These terms govern your use of selfiecork.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. The site is operated by Selfie Cork LLC.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order already placed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud — and if we do, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using the product safely

Selfie Cork is designed to hold a smartphone in a standard bottle on a flat, stable surface. Always seat Selfie Cork firmly in the bottle before attaching your phone.

You are responsible for making sure the bottle is stable and the cork is properly seated before you let go of your phone. We are not responsible for damage to a phone, a bottle or anything else resulting from improper use, an unstable surface, or a cork that was not fully seated.

Intellectual property

The Selfie Cork name, logo, product design, site content, photographs and copy are owned by Selfie Cork LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and patent law, including US Patent Application US20160332786A1. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from them without written permission.

Your use of the site

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use automated systems to scrape it.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the site or any product bought through it is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
