Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders. There is no minimum.

We ship within the United States. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times may be longer during the December holiday period.

Returns

You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Email info@selfiecork.com with your order number to begin a return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, though as shipping is free this will not normally apply.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Selfie Cork arrives damaged or faulty, email info@selfiecork.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will send a replacement at no cost to you, and you do not need to return the faulty item.
